Power Smoothie Creation Guide

Hello from Fit Life Everyday.  This week I wanted to share my Power Smoothie Creation Guide because here’s the thing…we have SO many healthy options but sometimes we get in a rut and bored.  I wanted to help you spice it up a little this week AND make your life simpler and more doable!  🙂

This Smoothie Guide is obviously not exhaustive, but I included some of my favorite options.  Start with Step #1-3 and pick ONEof each and then add in some Fresh optionsPower Shot options and/or some of the Other Additions!  It will create endless fun.  You can even have your kids help name some of your really yummy ones!
